All orders processed : 2–15 business days. (excluding weekends and bank holidays).


During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.


You will be notified if there are any significant delays with your order.

Delivery times vary depending on location and shipping method selected at checkout.


Typical UK delivery times are:



  • Royal Mail 24: 1–2 working days after dispatch

  • Royal Mail 48: 2–3 working days after dispatch


These are estimated times only and are not guaranteed.


3. Shipping Confirmation


Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message (if contact details are provided).


Tracking information will be provided where available.


4. Delays


We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.


5. Incorrect Address

We are not liable for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


If an order is returned due to an address error, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.


6. Lost or Missing Parcels

We are not responsible for parcels marked as delivered by the courier.
